Where did the month go? It's hard to believe that it's already March and our little girl is a month old. Amazing! Everyday is special with our little one and each days reveals a bit more of Ashlynn's personality. She loves her bouncy seat, enjoys walks with mommy and her friends Andrew & Quinn in the mall (yes, I've turned into a mall walker!) hates her swing, and the verdicts still out on bath time. Last night was a little bit better when we tried the real bath again, but sponge baths are still her preference.
We had our one month appointment today and our girl is growing! Ashlynn weighed 9 pound, 9 ounces and was in the 50th percentile for weight and the 75th percentile for height. Long & lean-for now! Ashlynn was actually trying to nap through her appointment, but eventually the doctor got her attention with a shot- poor little girl!
Daddy gave Ashlynn her first bottle last night and she took it like an old pro. We are hoping this continues through the next few weeks! We appreciate all the tips from Aunt Colleen. What would we do without her?!
We are looking forward to our trip to Michigan and family visiting during the next few weeks. We'll keep you updated with more photos and videos(soon to come).
