Ashlynn's First Day

Ashlynn started all-day preschool the same day that daddy started a new job, Lincoln went a Grandma Janice's for the first time, and I went back to work after a 6 month maternity leave!  Needless to say, it was a BIG day for us all!

Ashlynn was excited to go to school, gave mommy a huge hug and went to look for Lucky, the class bunny.  Thank goodness for class pets!  Ms. Denise said that she was "very bright and social" and we are hoping that we hear that first part from her teachers for many years to come, but maybe not the second part (haha)!  We all made it through the first week, only 9 months to go until summer, but I hate to rush it because my kids are going to so "old" by next summer!
